On July 4th, The Door In The Wall will host the Annual Medina Lake Barbecue This is a family style event. Families bring side dishes while we fire up the pits and provide the meat. Ice tea, lemonade and ice water will also be provided. You are welcome to bring your own ice chests and lawn chairs. Kayaks, boat and jet ski will be available to pull kids (young and old) in tubes. At dark, there is a fireworks display and bonfire. The fireworks are provided each year by Medina Lake residents, Alan and Kim Smith. The Door In The Wall is right next to all the action! Everyone is invited to bring their tent and camp out. An accessible, air conditioned bathroom and shower are available. Medina Lake is down about 30 feet but we hope to have an ATV and plenty of volunteers to help anyone that can't walk to the water.
