I am a 54 year old male who has been married to my wonderful wife Joni for over 32 year's. I have 3 kids, and 5 grand kids. In 2001 I fall while at work braking both legs, Shortly afterwords I caught Osteomyelitis in my right leg. After 13 major surgeries I had my right leg amputated below the knee. After I had my leg amputated I did not know what to expect so mt and my wife felt a need to learn what we could do so any new amputees that live close to where we live would not go through what we had to go through. So me and my wife went to class to learn, I went so I could kind of tell amputee what to expect, and my wife went to learn how she could talk to the spouse about what they will be dealing with. So both of us are Certified Peer Supporter for the A.C.A. I am looking forward to meeting all of you.
