i feel it and it's not there

For some reason lately,i have been having more phantom pain then usual.I wouldn't call it pain,more like a crazy feeling.I swear my foot is still there sometimes,it's weird.Just the other day i was watching t.v. and it felt like i twisted my ankle,it didn't hurt it just felt funny.I know i will be having this feeling for a while,it comes with being an amputee.It kind of makes you feel like you are crazy but you are not,the average person wouldn't understand i guess.

Or you are sitting down some where and i get the urge to cross my legs... oops. and average people don't understand trust me i have tried explaining it to my parents
